Positive: Excellent staff and location. Negative: Rooms are poorly maintained and cleaning is inadequate. There is no ventilation, which is a major problem particularly in hot weather.

Clean, safe, excellent value for money. Positive: The property is just a 5-minute walk from the nearest Tube station, and you can reach King's Cross in only 10 minutes by Tube. The property offers excellent value for money. I stayed in a spacious single room with a private bathroom and shared kitchen, with plenty of storage, a desk and chair, and good amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for short term or long term stay. I stayed for two weeks and found both the property and the area safe. The property has a nice community laundry room—that's an extra bonus point. Negative: It would have been nice to have a weekly room cleaning service with a change of bed linens and towels, but this was not available during my stay.
